The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has submitted for public discussion a draft resolution approving a new Regulation on the procedure for the registration of legal entities, branches, and representative offices.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The document has been developed in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and the Law \u201cOn the Cabinet of Ministers.\u201d If adopted, it will establish a unified procedure for the registration of legal entities, as well as their branches and representative offices across the country.<\/p>\n

The draft resolution also \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0441\u043c\u0430\u0442\u0440\u0438\u0432\u0430\u0435\u0442 the repeal of the Cabinet of Ministers\u2019 Resolution No. 58 dated February 16, 2024, which previously regulated the state registration and termination of activities of legal entities in electronic form.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Justice has been instructed to take the necessary measures to ensure the implementation of the new Regulation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
