New Rules Proposed for the Registration of Legal Entities and Branches in the Kyrgyz Republic - FChain

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has submitted for public discussion a draft resolution approving a new Regulation on the procedure for the registration of legal entities, branches, and representative offices.

The document has been developed in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and the Law “On the Cabinet of Ministers.” If adopted, it will establish a unified procedure for the registration of legal entities, as well as their branches and representative offices across the country.

The draft resolution also предусматривает the repeal of the Cabinet of Ministers’ Resolution No. 58 dated February 16, 2024, which previously regulated the state registration and termination of activities of legal entities in electronic form.

The Ministry of Justice has been instructed to take the necessary measures to ensure the implementation of the new Regulation.
